ABOUT ANDREW - Founder & Distiller

Andrew is the hands in the dirt and the hands on the still. A craft brewer of more than a decade, he traded hops for agave when he planted the first of what would become a 300-plant agave field on the family estate, every plant set personally, no shortcuts taken. His brewing roots gave him a deep respect for fermentation, patience, and the quiet science of making something extraordinary from something raw. Capistrano Spirits is the natural next chapter: a distillery built one plant, one barrel, and one bottle at a time.

Geri is the voice and the velocity of the brand. With more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, she is the force behind every story Capistrano Spirits tells, from the labels on the bottles to the rooms our spirits walk into. She believes a great craft spirit deserves a great craft narrative, and she is the one making sure ours travels.
